【做法】</SPAN>
1、揉面:除黄油外的所有材料混合,揉到面团开始出筋后加入黄油,摔揉至面筋完成阶段;</SPAN>
2</SPAN>、基础发酵至2</SPAN>倍大;</SPAN>
3</SPAN>、将面团排气,切分成50</SPAN>克/</SPAN>个,整圆,松弛15</SPAN>分钟;</SPAN>
4</SPAN>、松弛好的面团分别擀开成长椭圆形,直卷成长条,排在烤盘上。</SPAN>
5</SPAN>、最后发酵:喷点水,放入预热40</SPAN>度的烤箱,烤箱内放一碗热水。</SPAN>
6</SPAN>、撒上切丝的马苏里拉奶酪。</SPAN>
7</SPAN>、烤箱预热180</SPAN>度,烤 12</SPAN>分钟左右。</SPAN>
