啥叫“跨过婚姻”?盖因取中式食材</SPAN>+</SPAN>西班牙式烹调方法,最后养出一个味道不错的“混血儿”。名字还没想好。</SPAN>

且看:</SPAN>
 </SPAN>
食材很简单:西人蒜半根,大葱半根,蒜头</SPAN>6</SPAN>瓣,肉糜一小碗,</SPAN>mozzarella cheese</SPAN> 一小碗,鸡蛋</SPAN>6-7</SPAN>个</SPAN>
 </SPAN>
方法:</SPAN>
 </SPAN>
1.     </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 烤箱开到</SPAN>200</SPAN>度,预热</SPAN>
2.     </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 肉糜加小半茶匙盐,一汤勺黄酒,少许胡椒粉拌匀</SPAN>
3.     </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 油锅里放</SPAN>2</SPAN>汤匙橄榄油,加热,然后加入切碎的西人蒜和少许盐,翻炒到软,移入烤盘(</SPAN>20CM</SPAN>直径的圆盘)</SPAN>


4.     </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 葱切成小段,蒜头打成泥。在油锅里放</SPAN>1</SPAN>汤匙橄榄油,加热,倒入葱蒜炒出香味,然后放入肉糜略翻炒</SPAN>(这个步骤是很“中国”的)。移入烤盘。我又在肉糜上撒了一些</SPAN>OREGANO</SPAN>香料,提味。</SPAN>


5.     </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 鸡蛋放少许盐,打匀,浇在肉糜上</SPAN>


6.     </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 这个时候,烤箱预热完毕,咱们就放入烤盘,烤</SPAN>12</SPAN>分钟</SPAN>
7.     </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 取出烤盘,上面撒上</SPAN>cheese</SPAN>,继续烤</SPAN>7</SPAN>分钟</SPAN>

成品就是这样。据小</SPAN>D</SPAN>鉴定</SPAN> –</SPAN> “蛮好,蛮好”。意即</SPAN>95</SPAN>分。</SPAN>

喜欢香菜的</SPAN>TX</SPAN>,可以在上面撒香菜末,伴着吃。</SPAN>

这个菜的特点:鸡蛋和</SPAN>cheese</SPAN> 带出的香味掩盖了猪肉的某些不令人愉快的味道。色香味都还可以(反正我从来自我感觉良好)。</SPAN>  </SPAN>
