of the Chinese nation just like a living history book. Called
Chang'an in ancient times, Xian is one of the birthplaces of the
ancient civilization in the Yellow River Basin area of the country.
During Xian's 3,100 year development, 13 dynasties such as Western
Zhou (11th century BC - 771 BC), Qin (221 BC - 206 BC), Western Han
(206 BC - 24 AD) and Tang (618 - 907) placed their capitals here.
So far, Xian enjoys equal fame with Athens, Cairo, and Rome as one
of the four major ancient civilization capitals.Xian is the capital of Shaanxi province, located in the southern part of the Guanzhong Plain. With the Qinling Mountains to the south and the Weihe River to the north, it is in a favorable geographical location surrounded by water and hills. It has a semi-moist monsoon climate and there is a clear distinction between the four seasons. Except the colder winter, any season is relatively suitable for traveling.  The cultural and historical significance of Xian, as
well as the abundant relics and sites, help Shaanxi enjoy the
laudatory title of 'Natural History Museum'. The

烹调中少不了各种各样的调料，它们不但可以为主菜添色添味，有的还有一定的药疗作用。很多家庭都会一次性购买很多的调料，这些调料该如何保存呢？ 新鲜调料:现买现吃 葱姜蒜俗称“香辛料小三类”，属于新鲜蔬菜，最好现买现吃，如果需要一次性购买很多，可按照新鲜蔬菜的保藏方法保存，如用塑料袋将葱、姜、蒜包起来。 保存地点：冰箱或常温地面上。 保存时间：葱、蒜茎叶放在常温下可能会稍有风干，但并不影响食用。不过，腐烂和生霉的则不可食用。 调味粉：干燥密封 十三香、五香粉、花椒粉、胡椒粉等都属于香辛料加工品，都由植物的茎、根、果实、叶等加工而成，有强烈的辛辣或芳香味，并含有大量的挥发油类，很容易生霉。因此，在保存调味粉时应将装调味粉的瓶子盖拧紧或是将袋口密封，注意干燥密闭保存以防潮防霉。调味粉放置不当容易受潮，但稍有受潮并不影响食用。不过，最好购买小包装的，尽快用完。 保存地点：远离潮湿的地方。 保存时间：保质期内，如霉变应弃用。 干货调料： |

多数鸟有忠于爱情的本性，做放飞训练时可以只放飞雄鸟而把雌鸟留在笼中，这样飞出去的雄鸟因恋着雌鸟而乐于飞回自己的“家”中。 饲养在笼中的鸟，总想找机会外逃，这是鸟的本性。但经过训练的鸟放飞之后，不但不逃，还能自己飞回笼中。那么，怎样训练才能使鸟乖乖“听话”呢? .jpg) 1、驯鸟的对象要选择羽毛未丰、刚刚会飞的雏鸟，成年鸟“秉性”已定，很难驯服。 2、接受训练时一定要让它处于半饥饿状态，使它每回一次笼就能吃上一次食物。 3、要训练鸟敢于和人接近。给鸟整理羽毛，直接用手给它喂食，让鸟站在手上玩。 4、为防止鸟飞失，开始先在屋里放飞，待它能自动回笼后再移到室外放飞，这时可在鸟腿上系一根细尼龙线，线要由短逐渐变长，这样训练一段时间之后，再把系在腿上的细线去掉。 5、多数鸟有忠于爱情的本性，做放飞训练时可以只放飞雄鸟而把雌鸟留在笼中，这样飞出去的雄鸟因恋着雌鸟而乐于飞回自己的“家”中。 |
