自从添了我家宝宝后，家务活就一切从简了，即没有时间也没有心情去做了，难得昨天有点时间就做了个菠萝炒饭。</STRONG>
</STRONG> 其实，这也是最简单的了，就是把鸡胸肉，小豌豆，胡萝卜丁混合着米饭炒，然后将挖空的菠萝肉丁合着炒饭拌匀，填到菠萝内，放入烤箱内烘烤2分钟左右，目的是烘出菠萝的香味，之后取出就大功告成了。但因为有菠萝肉所以炒饭就有了菠萝的清香了。</STRONG> 阅读全文>> |
