Ciro Ferrrara has been presented as the new boss at Juventus after the dismissal of Claudio Ranieri. “Judge me on what I do.”</STRONG>
 
Ferrara was brought in to replace Ranieri after Juve's 2-2 draw allowed Fiorentina to move just one point behind the Old Lady.</STRONG>
 
Ranieri is the first Juventus Coach to be sacked in 40 years since Argentine Luis Carniglia.</STRONG>
 
“We want to thank Ranieri, but after the recent results and with Fiorentina just a point behind we have opted to put Ferrara in charge,” Jean-Claude Blanc said at Ferrara's unveiling.</STRONG>
 
“Ciro said that he was available yesterday and this morning we decided to give him the job. We will see what happens after the two remaining games of the season.</STRONG>
 
“We wanted to shake up the players and now it is up to them to show us a reaction.”</STRONG>
 
Ferrara, who played 500 Serie A games - 253 with Juventus - has been in charge of the Bianconeri's youth team since 2006 and has worked with the Italian national side under Marcello Lippi.</STRONG>
 
“The important thing is to get the players showing pride again - not much needs to be done to turn things around,” Ferrara said.</STRONG>
 
“It only takes a few small things to get into or out of a crisis. I don't think the physical side is the problem.</STRONG>
 
“It's right to look to the past, but we must remember that Juve have had to change over the last three years.</STRONG>
 
However, we know that the Bianconeri need to play in the Champions League without having to play preliminaries.</STRONG>
 
“I spoke to the directors yesterday and I hope to be useful. Given my recent history in this shirt I have no doubt I can succeed.</STRONG>
