已经不是第一次做窝窝头了,不知道为什么自从开始自己动手做面食开始,就特别喜欢捣鼓一些传统的面食,诸如馒头大饼窝窝头之类的。虽然窝窝头被认为是艰苦岁月的产物,但现在超市里也会卖一些加了糖发的非常软的窝头。可是我还是觉得不加糖的窝头比较好吃,咬下去很实在。 不过现在毕竟不是艰苦岁月了,营养要全面,所以我在做的时候喜欢加各种粉,什么黄豆粉,绿豆粉,有时还塞一个红枣进去。 这次再次挑 阅读全文>> |
