The first time watching ROC, fantastic!

It's a long time since I wrote the last short
essay. But I'm back. I have
finished the GMAT learning so I have the weekend
again. And this is the first one after the
learning. During the time away from home, a wonderful and exciting car-racing event took place. That is the Race of Champions(ROC). I have heard about it for many years and Jenson has taken part in it for many many times. But since it is usually held in England, we Chinese didn't have the chance to enjoy the wonderful race between champions of differnent forms of racing, including F1, WRC, GP2, DTM, and even MotoGP. This time, it came to China, to our Bird Nest Stadium. So for the first time, we appreciate such a wonderful race. And for the first time, Jenson took part in this game with the title of Champion of 2009 F1. The race was really wonderful and exciting. 昨天上了个24小时班，今天就可以在家休息了，可偏偏我是个闲不住的人，总想着做点什么来着。 正好家里的辣酱快吃完了，而我又不想再去买，于是就想着要不自己来试试，做一次辣酱？ 说干就干，我看了看辣酱上面的配料说明，然后又在网上搜了搜，二者综合一下，于是有了下面的配料，开始动手吧。 主料：牛肉300g,豆豉100g，花生仁100g，干辣椒末50g，油500ml左右，料酒50ml,冰糖50g，豆瓣酱三大勺，姜， 味精，花椒粒 方法： 1.牛肉切粒，约一公分左右，姜切末备用，花生去皮拍碎。 2.锅内倒油，加热至5成热时先将花椒粒放入，待花椒出香后将其捞出。 3.锅内倒入牛肉粒，片刻后加入姜末一起翻炒，待牛肉粒体积稍变小后加入豆豉，豆瓣酱，料酒。 4.翻炒片刻后加入干辣椒末，拌均煮沸。然后加冰糖，转小火继续煮5分钟。 5.之后倒入花生仁再煮5分钟。 6.最后开大火，加味精收汁即成。 瞧这一大碗 来个特写 小贴士： 1.花生是我自己炸的，有点糊了（这个我每次都炸不好），不会的朋友也可以自己买现成的。花生去皮比较麻烦，我是把它们装在食品袋里，然后就胡乱搓，很快皮就去除了，然后取出花生仁用刀背稍稍拍一拍，我不喜欢拍太碎，那样就没嚼头了。（关于这一步不知道朋友们还有没有更好的方法） 2.辣酱非常的香，而且有点甜甜的味道，老公很喜欢，说很象阿香婆的辣酱。如果不喜欢甜的朋友可以少放一点冰糖。 3.我用的是湖南的辣椒，真的是超级的辣呀，不过，辣的那叫一个过瘾呀  。朋友们可要根据自己的承受能力来选择哈。4.由于豆豉和豆瓣酱本身就很咸，所以配方里没有加盐，最后做出来的酱还是正常偏咸一点点（对我来说刚好），所以不喜欢太咸的朋友可以少放一点豆瓣酱。 5.最后，花生仁不要太早放入，否则会变软就不好吃了。 好了，有兴趣的朋友赶紧试试吧！ ...阅读全文>> |
