主料:鲜虾150</SPAN>克,蘑菇200</SPAN>克,豆腐一盒约500</SPAN>克,鲜黄豆粒50</SPAN>克。</SPAN>
调料:盐、油、葱段、姜片。</SPAN>
做法:</SPAN>
1.</SPAN>蘑菇洗净切片,鲜虾、黄豆粒洗净备用。</SPAN>
2.</SPAN>豆腐切小块,过开水焯烫去除豆腥味。</SPAN>
3.</SPAN>锅入油烧热,下入鲜黄豆粒和蘑菇片炒2</SPAN>分钟,加入适量开水,放入焯烫好的豆腐块,和葱段、姜片,大火烧开。</SPAN>
4.</SPAN>放入虾,烧开后改小火煲七八分钟,加盐调味即可。</SPAN>
5.</SPAN>拣出姜、葱,装盘上桌。</SPAN>
