天气变凉,菜肴变暖,暖调牛肉菜是家庭餐桌少不了的一味。这不,免去煎炸炖煮的惯常程序,用电饭锅做米饭的时候,顺带着将调味料腌制好的牛肉片放入蒸篮,按钮跳起,遂将蒸篮取出,将全部材料放入大盘中,同时撒上切碎的芫荽杆,浇上热油拌食。简单吧?“顺”出来的一道热乎乎的蒸菜,肉片鲜嫩可口,加上芽菜很是开胃滴,而且完全能锁住牛肉的营养活力,整菜散发着芫荽的香气,也是俺家一道保留菜品呢~~</SPAN>

芫香芽菜蒸牛肉</SPAN>
 
材料:</SPAN>牛里脊肉片</SPAN> 350</SPAN>克</SPAN>,食用油,芫荽杆;</SPAN>

调味料:</SPAN>碎米芽菜</SPAN>40</SPAN>克</SPAN>,洋葱碎,香油</SPAN>1</SPAN>茶勺,蚝油</SPAN>1</SPAN>勺,酱油</SPAN>1</SPAN>勺;</SPAN>
              </SPAN></SPAN> 白糖</SPAN>5</SPAN>克</SPAN>,淀粉</SPAN>1</SPAN>勺,盐、味精、白胡椒粉适量;</SPAN>

步骤:</SPAN>
1、 </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 牛里脊洗净,放入冰箱冷冻后再拿出来切薄片,放入碗中,按比例加入调味料,抓匀腌上待用;</SPAN>

2、 </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 将腌好的牛肉片放入电饭锅的蒸篮,当按钮跳起之后,遂将蒸篮取出,将牛肉码放在大盘里,浇上其带有的浓汁,并散上切碎的芫荽杆;</SPAN>
3、 </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 同时,炒锅放入</SPAN>1</SPAN>勺食用油,待油热冒烟后,迅速将热油浇在步骤(</SPAN>2</SPAN>)蒸制好的牛肉片上,拌食即可。</SPAN>
