  “醒酒冠军”:香蕉</STRONG>
 </STRONG>
  研究发现,酒后喝果汁或吃水果有助于缓解宿醉症状。果糖有助于人体更快清理酒精。另外果蔬中的钾等矿物质有助于保持身体电解质平衡,补充体内水分。最典型代表当数香蕉。香蕉中含有丰富的钾和足够多的果糖。</STRONG>
 
 “醒酒亚军”:面包</STRONG>
 </STRONG>
  面包或饼干等高淀粉碳水化合物有助于防止酒后反胃和低血糖(症状为头痛、疲劳和冷汗)。此外,高淀粉的食物还能够保护胃黏膜,减少酒精对胃部的刺激,减少呕吐的几率。</STRONG>
 
 “醒酒季军”:煲汤</STRONG>
 </STRONG>
  肉汤等汤汁中的盐和钾有助于补充体内电解质,缓解酒后脱水症状比如头痛、乏力和头晕等。</STRONG>
