來了北京己十五天了，朋友一直想去吃地道北京涮羊肉，今天終於由朋友的朋友帶我們去試一下正宗北京的涮羊肉，這家听說是最正宗的涮羊肉店，位於聯想橋附近的一家名由伊斯蘭教徒開的火鍋店，名字記不起了！但口味非常不錯的！ 雖然同樣是火鍋，但用來煮的器皿是傳統北京涮羊肉的銅製碳鍋。 火紅紅的木碳加熱，貨真價實，原汁原味！ 別小看這碟肥羊，肉質非常新鮮嫩滑，而且薄切刀超捧！ 肉丸也是爽滑彈牙的！ 牛肚吃得多，羊肚也是第一次吃！ 這道生切羊肉，是生吃的，加入日式山葵（WaSaBi），味道特別！我只試了一口嚐嚐味道而已，不敢多吃，我對生吃東西有所顧忌呢！ 這家店子最聞名的還是羊肉，听說最鮮嫩的生羊肉片是黏著碟子不會掉的！大家看，就算碟面和地面成九十度角，羊肉片也不掉下，就證明羊肉的鮮嫩程度了！ |
