受博友Cherry 的诱惑我自己做了豆瓣鱼。鱼是朋友钓的。好吃的无法用文字形容。我放了豆瓣酱，辣椒酱，干辣椒末，生抽（两种），老抽，蒜瓣。好吃的我都舍不得多吃。才吃一条不到。其他留给老公到了尝尝鲜。他带女儿估计今晚到多伦多。住两晚后回家。我现在对他也不再有恨，有时觉得他也很辛苦很无奈。他至少是个工作狂人。以前也是麻将狂人。现在就不知道了。现在在一起少了。基本没机会吵架。我呢也学乖了，有不满意电话直接指出。不要憋屈自己。他也不主动吵架了。可能上年纪了，肝火没那么旺。 糯米饭和西红柿。来加拿大后我不喝汤，省事。现在也不爱炒蔬菜。基本黄瓜西红柿生吃。或喝鲜果汁。非常省事。面包也是比较爱吃的。估计再过段时间米饭都不吃了。改吃面包更加省事。 这顿饭是我参加义工以来吃的最美的一顿。天天忙，早出晚归，我家小狗跟我遭罪，他天天憋尿。我养成早晚溜他的习惯。他要溜时才撒尿，自由欢畅。有绳子约束他是不撒尿的。因此白天在外边他也不吃不喝。等我回家，他憋急了，直冲我叫唤，不让我碰他，夹着尾巴。我开始不知道他为什么对我凶。后来才知道是尿憋急了。等牵回家，他马上就撒一大泡尿。就安静下来了。 做义工，早上牛奶麦片，下午就是披萨或薯条充饥，或苹果。有时饿急了，在回家的路上，眼睛就盯着路边餐厅或者满脑子的大鱼大肉。进中餐厅第一句话是今天哪样做的快。反正是肚里没货，人发慌。体会到饥饿时人是没有风度的。眼睛就盯牢人家的桌面，跟考试作弊似的。吃到撑了，才歇口气。那时谁要我减肥，我跟谁玩命。 |
