■做法</SPAN>
温泉鸡蛋</SPAN>
1. </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 准备一个能装下三个鸡蛋的碗(最好是不锈钢的哈),一个蒸锅,要放进碗之后能盖上盖子的锅哈(不要太大)。</SPAN>
2. </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 鸡蛋装碗放入锅中(带壳的鸡蛋哈),慢慢往碗中注入开水至没过鸡蛋,锅里也一样注入开水,盖好盖放</SPAN>30</SPAN>分钟不理它。</SPAN>
晚上做好了放凉了放冰箱里,第二天早上吃刚刚好。书上吃的时候还要加什么酱油,我今儿早上直接扔每个人的酱汤碗里了,儿子没赏脸,一口没动。</SPAN>
日式腌番茄</SPAN>
1. </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 西红柿切</SPAN>5mm</SPAN>厚的片。洋葱切丝。</SPAN>
2. </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 拿一小碗加色拉油、</SPAN>味醂</SPAN>、</SPAN>盐搅拌均匀,加入切好的西红柿和洋葱腌</SPAN>10</SPAN>分钟以上(我昨天晚上腌上直接扔冰箱了,今早上吃味道还是不错滴)。</SPAN>
酱汤</SPAN>
1. </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 干裙带菜加水泡着</SPAN>
2. </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 土豆切块,扔水里泡着</SPAN>
3. </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 锅里倒入汤,加土豆,主导土豆软时加入裙带菜、酱,煮沸关火。</SPAN>
白萝卜黄瓜咸菜</SPAN>
1. </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 白萝卜去皮切薄片。</SPAN>
2. </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 黄瓜切薄片。</SPAN>
3. </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 切好的白萝卜黄瓜中加入浓度约</SPAN>3%</SPAN>的盐水腌着(这也是昨晚上腌上放冰箱的)。</SPAN>
4. </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 攥去水分,装盘。</SPAN>
