</SPAN>太极泰斗吴图南老师说:</SPAN>“</SPAN>根据我的体会,太极拳的功可概括为四种:一、松功;二、着功;三、劲功;四、气功</SPAN>”</SPAN>。吴老师一再告诫我们:</SPAN>“</SPAN>要练好太极拳,首先要练好太极拳松功</SPAN>”</SPAN>。因此,松功是太极拳的基础。</SPAN>
</SPAN>松功修炼就是说要集中练养</SPAN>“</SPAN>神形</SPAN>”</SPAN>,</SPAN>“</SPAN>放松,入静</SPAN>”</SPAN>,而后练养</SPAN>“</SPAN>沉气,通空,圆融,虚灵</SPAN>”</SPAN>。通过这样用功,就可心定气和,周体四肢百骸,关节,肌肉,韧带无不柔和,无不松沉,无不轻灵。</SPAN>“</SPAN>无一处不轻灵,无一处不坚韧,无一处不沉着,无一处不顺遂</SPAN>”</SPAN>。</SPAN>
</SPAN>太极拳要求一松到底,放松入静,毫不含糊地进行</SPAN>“</SPAN>大松,大静,大柔,大软,大虚(空)</SPAN>”</SPAN>。只要神虚领(灵)不丢,就不会懈、塌和丢。</SPAN>
</SPAN>松要先心松、神松、意松、气松。而后形松。形松要达内松(五脏六腑)和外松(筋骨皮)。全体九大关节要节节松开,如九曲珠,又要节节贯串,通体无间,无微不至而周身一家。</SPAN>
</SPAN>松的意义是松展、松开、松柔、松软、松沉、松圆、松通、松空、松灵,这样练法就不会松懈,松塌和松瘪。</SPAN>
</SPAN>松要排除身上刚气、躁气、浮气、僵气而存积真气、元气、中气。从而能卸僵、弃木、化柔、转活、轻灵而富弹性。</SPAN>
</SPAN>松功的目的要排除病气、养炼神气、积储内气、增长内功。</SPAN>
</SPAN>本功法的特点要求气沉涌泉,神领到顶,养时神气相合,练时神气相分,一举一动立足消除</SPAN>“</SPAN>力学效应</SPAN>”</SPAN>,而求内气鼓荡。</SPAN>
</SPAN>全套功法可以集中练,分散练,也可选择一式练,每一式可从几分钟到几十分钟,要想功夫长得快,就要下苦功。</SPAN>
</SPAN>身形要求神虚领,脊正,沉肩垂肘,尾闾中正,虚实相分,动静相间,开合相寓,阴阳相生,上下相随,左右相应,八面支撑。</SPAN>
