倒入一半奶油状的蛋清

搅拌均匀后再倒入另一半奶油状蛋清,上下搅拌好</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>

电饭煲按下煮饭健预热1分钟后拿出,锅有点热就可以
倒入少许油,均匀涂在锅内,以防粘锅</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>

倒入搅拌好的东西,然后蹲几下锅,把气泡震出来</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>

按下煮饭键,2分钟左右会自动跳到保温档,这时用毛巾捂住通风口,闷20分钟</STRONG>
