这些照片是晚上在灯光下拍的,感觉不太理想,不过面包松松软软的。而且味道极好。至少我这样认为。     
  配料</SPAN>:</SPAN>高筋面粉</SPAN>280</SPAN>克,</SPAN>奶粉45克  黄油30克   </SPAN>水</SPAN>150毫升</SPAN>,</SPAN> </SPAN>细砂糖</SPAN>20</SPAN>克,</SPAN> </SPAN>鸡蛋</SPAN>清1 个, </SPAN>干酵母</SPAN>5克</SPAN>,</SPAN> 蛋黄1个  盐1克   (可做小餐包8个 豆沙包6 ) </SPAN>
 </SPAN> </SPAN>制作过程</SPAN>:</SPAN>
1、将高筋面粉、奶粉、黄油、水、酵母、细砂糖、蛋清、盐一起放进面包机,选择发酵档,</SPAN>面包机发面1小时30分钟。</SPAN>
</SPAN>2、发酵面团排气后,醒10分钟,分成6小份做豆沙包。8个小餐包。(今天就说豆沙包哦)</SPAN>
3</SPAN>、包入豆沙馅,揉圆、按扁。用小刀把四周划开,用剪刀剪开也可。</SPAN>
4、放置醒发箱内醒发至体积膨大到一倍时取出。 醒发时间</SPAN>40分</SPAN>钟。 </SPAN>
5、将醒发</SPAN>好的豆沙包</SPAN>生坯</SPAN>刷上一层</SPAN>蛋黄</SPAN>液。</SPAN> </SPAN>
6、烤箱预热到</SPAN>200</SPAN>度,</SPAN>放入200度的烤箱烤20分钟。(如烤箱上层太热怕面包上色太多,可在烤13分钟后,在面包上放一层锡纸,使面包和烤箱上面的电热管隔开)</SPAN>
