材料:</SPAN>雪菜80克</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 蚕豆瓣100</SPAN>克 米饭400</SPAN>克</SPAN>
调料</SPAN>:糖、鸡精</SPAN>
做法:</SPAN>
1、</SPAN></SPAN>锅内热油,下入雪菜用中火将其煸干煸香(一定要煸干)下适量的糖提鲜。</SPAN>
2、</SPAN></SPAN>下入蚕豆瓣煸到呈翠绿色,表面微微起小泡,加鸡精,炒匀</SPAN>
3、</SPAN></SPAN>下入米饭,炒匀即可</SPAN>
