The child becomes sensitive to his environment and begins to direct his attention to a particular object in his environment with an intensity and interest not seen before. <img src="http://t2.baidu.com/it/u=2979872730,1316501798&fm=3&gp=0.jpg">The child concentrates in those things that he already had in his mind that he has absorbed in the previous period, for whatever has been conquered has a tendency to remain in the mind, to be pondered. Concentration is the way that opens up the latent treasure within the child. When the child is able to concentrate, he replaces an instinctive interest based on primitive impulses with intellectual interest, now he becomes calmer and more controlled and rested.</SPAN>
