长这么大,第一次剁鸡块,感觉很差劲,下次一定买剁好了的....  ⊙﹏⊙ </STRONG>

剁好后锅里什么都别加,直接把鸡块放到锅里炒一下,目的是沥干肉里面多余的水分( ⊙ o ⊙ )</STRONG>
炒的差不多变了颜色关火,把鸡块放到碗里...</STRONG>

这是调料:八角、桂皮、香叶、当归、枸杞、花椒、陈皮  ;-)</STRONG>
其他的还要准备:葱、姜、蒜、糖</STRONG>

这个已经是半成品了,步骤如下:</STRONG>
1、锅洗净(保证把水沥干),倒入植物油,烧开(油温不用太热);</STRONG>
2、加人郫县豆瓣稍炒下,加人蒜、花椒,炒香;</STRONG>
3、把鸡块倒进去翻炒片刻,加入料酒,酱油,五香粉,继续翻炒;(*^__^*) ……</STRONG>

接下来就是换砂锅炖了,把刚才准备好的八角、桂皮、香叶、陈皮、枸杞等倒进砂锅,</STRONG>
搅匀后将生姜和葱段放在表面,盖上锅盖,用小火炖2个钟头( ⊙ o ⊙ ).....</STRONG>
