 生在江南的老公，喜食糯米类食物，特别是各种糯米糕点，他可是大大的拥趸，什么糯米糍、红糖年糕、白糖年糕、蒸年糕、烤年糕、元宵……只要是糯米做的，呵呵，来者不拒多多益善！又是周六，brunch是在Costco吃的Poutine，虽说是垃圾快餐食品，但就是爱它没商量，喜欢French fries的香炸、Cheese Curd的润滑以及Gravy醇厚，记得多年前从Québec搬来Ontario时，到处都找不到吃Poutine的地方，后来KFC、Costco、McDonald's等店都相继有了，吃来吃去，还是最喜欢Costco的口味。下午在超市买到石斑鱼头，又是老公的最爱之一，鱼头粉皮煲，煎鱼时加少许黄油（跟大厨学的），加好多好多黑胡椒，起锅前撒一把蒜蓉，那叫一个香。一边煲鱼汤，一边准备烤年糕的料。</STRONG> 材料：糯米粉400克，椰奶一罐，三个鸡蛋，3/4杯植物油（或融化的黄油），1杯糖，1小勺泡打粉，各种干果、果仁适量。</STRONG>       鱼汤煲好了，年糕也烤上了，F375度，50分钟。很不错的餐后甜点。</STRONG>  阅读全文>> |
