1、 </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 蔬菜洗净,红椒斜切,生姜切成末,杏鲍菇切成小方丁;</SPAN>
2、 </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 将新鲜的豌豆用沸水焯熟,捞出沥水待用;</SPAN>
3、 </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 炒锅放入食用油,油热之后放入姜末,煸炒出香,倒入杏鲍菇丁,至软至熟,倒入焯好的豌豆、红椒和萝卜干,大火翻炒,撒上盐、蘑菇精,再滴上几滴香油,搅拌均匀,关火,即可装盘食用了。</SPAN>
