1.       </SPAN> 焗炉预热至180C</SPAN>
2.       </SPAN> 砂糖80克.自发粉.柠檬皮茸.橙皮茸拌匀</SPAN>
3.       </SPAN> 蛋黄.柠檬汁及橙汁拌匀,加牛油及牛奶;再混合</SPAN>(</SPAN>1</SPAN>)
4.       </SPAN> 蛋白打至起泡后,分两次加入剩下砂糖打到凝固为止</SPAN>
5.       </SPAN> 蛋白分三次加入</SPAN>(</SPAN>2</SPAN>)</SPAN>中;倒进已准备的模内</SPAN>
6.       </SPAN> 将模置于注入热水的焗盆中,以180C</SPAN>蒸焗45分钟即成</SPAN>

</SPAN>做法﹕</SPAN>
</SPAN>先前准备﹕</SPAN>
1.</SPAN>牛油、鸡蛋放置室温中退冰</SPAN>
2.</SPAN>焗炉预热至190C</SPAN>/</SPAN>350F</SPAN>
3.</SPAN>牛油涂上饼模,扑上面粉(份量以外)</SPAN>
4.</SPAN>梳打粉加入热水中备用</SPAN>
5.</SPAN>面粉、所有香料(玉桂、豆寇、姜粉、丁香)、盐、发粉一同筛匀</SPAN>
6.</SPAN>牛油加入黄砂糖打至软滑忌廉状,顺序加入</SPAN>a.</SPAN> 糖浆</SPAN>, b.</SPAN> 姜汁</SPAN>, c.</SPAN> 梳打水</SPAN>, d.</SPAN> 粉料</SPAN>1., e.</SPAN> 打匀的蛋液,然后充份混合</SPAN>
7.</SPAN>将面团倒入蛋糕模中,焗30</SPAN>-</SPAN>35分钟,取出放凉,切成正方形小块,最后洒上糖霜即成</SPAN>

放上喜爱的水果,例如士多啤梨、菠萝、奇异果等,即成美味的巧克力水果挞!</SPAN>
