杭州闹市“飙车案”鉴定结果：肇事车辆被改装、时速逾84码
新华网杭州5月14日电（记者余靖静、裘立华）杭州市公安局新闻发言人14日说，公安机关目前已接到鉴定机构出具的杭州闹市“飙车案”相关技术问题的鉴定报告。根据该报告，肇事车辆存在违法超速行为，时速在84.1公里至101.2公里范围，肇事车辆被改装或部分改装。 据公安部门介绍，鉴定机构认定，牌照为浙A608Z0的肇事车辆在事发路段的行车速度为每小时84.1公里至101.2公里，这辆车的发动机进排气系统、前照灯、悬挂、轮胎与轮辋、车身内部已在原车型的基础上被改装或部分改装。 据了解，公安交警部门5月13日17时45分接到鉴定机构出具的鉴定报告后，已立即送达事故双方当事人，并告知当事人，如对鉴定结论有异议，按照《道路交通事故处理程序规定》第四十三条规定，可以在公安机关交通管理部门送达之日起三日内申请重新鉴定。 据警方通报，5月7日晚8时许，25岁的谭卓在杭州闹市走斑马线时，被牌照为浙A608Z0的三菱跑车撞倒，送医院抢救无效后死亡。肇事者胡某目前已被刑事拘留。 杭州市警方此前通报该事故时，曾引用当事人胡某及同伴的陈述：案发时肇事车辆 |
