    </SPAN></SPAN>本课程第四版已由</SPAN>AIAG</SPAN>发布,并于</SPAN>2008</SPAN>年</SPAN>11</SPAN>月开始生效。此前很多使用者批评现有手册仅仅是完成“表格填写”,而不能提供整个</SPAN>FMEA</SPAN>过程和与其他</SPAN>APQP</SPAN>活动</SPAN>/</SPAN>信息的关联,因而新版备受关注。</SPAN>
    </SPAN>FMEA</SPAN>第四版更新内容:</SPAN>
    </SPAN></SPAN>提供清晰的逐步解释以开发具稳健性的</SPAN>FMEA</SPAN>;</SPAN>
    </SPAN></SPAN>阐明</SPAN>DFMEA</SPAN>和</SPAN>PFMEA</SPAN>之间的联系,以及与其它核心工具间的联系;</SPAN>
    </SPAN></SPAN>强调管理层参与的必要性,及对</SPAN>FMEA</SPAN>过程的支持;</SPAN>
    </SPAN></SPAN>改善严重度、发生度、探测度的评价基准,更适合真实的分析和使用;</SPAN>
