本文来源：http://www.gusuyu.com http://www.gusuyu.cn 原料： A：高粉360g、细砂糖20g、酵母6g、盐1/2小匙、奶粉40g、水220g； B：黄油15g； C：黄油60g、糖粉15g、蛋黄30g、奶粉4小匙、椰蓉100g； D：蛋白、椰蓉适量（装饰用）。 做法： 1、后油法将面团整成团，准备一次发酵； 2、发酵至两倍大； 3、分割成两个，饧10分钟； 4、做椰蓉馅儿，先将软化的黄油加入蛋黄搅拌均匀，同时加入奶粉，椰蓉，搅拌成团备用； 5、 取出一个面团，擀成方形； 6、 铺上一层椰蓉馅儿，自己做的就是实在，可以放那么多，呵呵，香！ 7、开始二次发酵，二次发酵结束后刷上蛋白，均匀的撒上椰蓉； 8、 烤箱预热200°，35分钟，没有盖子的25分钟就差不多了。 阅读全文>> |
