2.梗米和糯米用一定的配比用水洗三遍后在水中浸泡</SPAN>12</SPAN>小时</SPAN>.</SPAN>米一定要洗三次</SPAN>,</SPAN>不洗做出来的米馒头颜色不好看</SPAN>,</SPAN>洗了次数太多了也不好</SPAN>,</SPAN>把营养物质都洗没了</SPAN>.</SPAN>洗过后的大米做出来的馒头白白的</SPAN>,</SPAN>是原汁原味的白哟</SPAN>,</SPAN>当然绝对不会用什么增白剂之类的哟</SPAN>.
