鲜橙蛋羹:</SPAN>

用料:</SPAN>清水75ml</SPAN>,白砂糖 10</SPAN>汤匙(150g</SPAN>),鸡蛋5</SPAN>个</SPAN>
做法:</SPAN>
1.小锅中加入</SPAN>75ml</SPAN>水和</SPAN>100g</SPAN>白砂糖,不停搅拌并慢火煮至糖浆发黄黏稠时将锅离火,把糖浆平均分倒入</SPAN>4</SPAN>个模杯中待冷。</SPAN>
 2.</SPAN>用打蛋器将鸡蛋和剩余的白砂糖搅拌均匀,再倒入适量鲜橙汁搅拌。然后将混合物倒入已装有糖浆的</SPAN>4</SPAN>个模杯中。</SPAN>
3.</SPAN>将热水倒入烤盘中,水的高度应达到模杯高度的</SPAN>1/2</SPAN>,在炉子上将水加热到煮沸。</SPAN>
4.</SPAN>烤箱预热至</SPAN>180</SPAN>度,再将烤盘移入预热的烤箱中烤</SPAN>20-25</SPAN>分钟,至蛋羹凝结,取出待冷,冷藏</SPAN>2</SPAN>小时后即可食用。</SPAN>
