1</SPAN>〕将排骨切成断加料酒,</SPAN>生抽,</SPAN>少量盐,</SPAN>洋葱丝,</SPAN>姜片腌制半小时以上.</SPAN></SPAN>
2</SPAN>〕先做开一锅水,把腌制好的排骨放入开水中大火煮一分钟,以去血末。然后捞出排骨洗净。重新接一锅冷水,放入排骨煮。煮七成熟就可以.</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>
