二、采收及加工</SPAN> </SPAN>
(一)、采收:</SPAN>
全年均可采挖,但以秋后采挖者品质好。采收时剪下二年生以上的茎枝,留下嫩茎让其继续生长。</SPAN>
    </SPAN></SPAN> 采回后如保存鲜用时,在春、秋季则应及时栽培于细砂石中,放置阴湿处,经常浇水使根部保持湿润。</SPAN>
    </SPAN></SPAN> 在冬天应平放于竹筐内,上盖蒲包,但应注意空气流通。</SPAN>
    </SPAN></SPAN> 干石斛一般系将鲜石斛剪去须根,洗净,晒干或烘干;在广西地区先用开水烫过,趁热边搓边晒</SPAN>(</SPAN>或烘</SPAN>)</SPAN>至全部干燥为止。</SPAN>
    </SPAN></SPAN> 耳环石斛:加工时,拣长约</SPAN> 4</SPAN>厘米</SPAN>的鲜石斛,修去部分须根,洗净,晾干,然后放入铁锅内,均匀炒至柔软,趁热搓去薄膜状叶鞘,放置略通风处,两天后置于有细眼的铅皮盘内,下面用适当的微火,在离盘约一尺处,微微加温,用手使之弯成螺旋形或弹簧状,再晾干,如此反复进行</SPAN>2-3</SPAN>次,至干燥为止。</SPAN>
(二)、加工:</SPAN>因品种和商品药材不同,有不同加工方法,以下介绍两种方法:</SPAN>
(</SPAN>l</SPAN>)将采回的茎株洗尽泥沙,去掉叶片及须根,分出单茎株,放入</SPAN>85</SPAN>℃</SPAN>热水烫</SPAN>l-2</SPAN>分钟,捞起,摊在竹席或水泥场上暴晒,晒至</SPAN>5</SPAN>成干时,用手搓去鞘膜质,再摊晒,并注意常翻动,至足干即可。</SPAN>
 </SPAN></SPAN>(</SPAN>2</SPAN>)也可将洗尽的石斛放入沸水中浸烫</SPAN>5</SPAN>分钟,捞出晾干,置竹席上暴晒,每天翻动</SPAN>2-3</SPAN>次,晒至身软时,边晒边搓,反复多次至去净残存叶鞘,然后晒至足干即可。</SPAN>  阅读全文>>
