香浓乳酪蛋糕杯</SPAN>
材料</SPAN>:</SPAN>
cream cheese  200克</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>
鲜奶油</SPAN>  190</SPAN>克</SPAN>
蛋黄</SPAN>  2</SPAN>个</SPAN>
糖</SPAN>  27</SPAN>克</SPAN>
黑</SPAN>RUM  15</SPAN>克</SPAN>
牛奶</SPAN>  15</SPAN>克</SPAN>
鱼胶片</SPAN> 6</SPAN>克</SPAN>
蛋白</SPAN>  4</SPAN>个</SPAN>
糖</SPAN>27</SPAN>克</SPAN>
海绵蛋糕片</SPAN> </SPAN> 适量</SPAN>
糖酒液</SPAN>  </SPAN> 适量</SPAN>
做法</SPAN>:</SPAN>
1.</SPAN>鱼胶片用冰开水泡发</SPAN>,cream cheese</SPAN>放至室温打发</SPAN>,</SPAN>备用</SPAN>
2.</SPAN>煮一锅沸水</SPAN>,</SPAN>关火</SPAN>,</SPAN>蛋黄加糖加黑</SPAN>RUM</SPAN>加牛奶隔热水打发至浓稠</SPAN>
3.cream cheese</SPAN>跟做好的蛋黄糊混合</SPAN>
4.</SPAN>鲜奶油打至</SPAN>7</SPAN>分发</SPAN>,</SPAN>将芝士蛋黄糊分次加进鲜奶油中拌匀</SPAN>
5.</SPAN>蛋白加糖打发</SPAN>,</SPAN>加进步骤</SPAN>4</SPAN>中拌匀</SPAN>
6.</SPAN>拿几个杯子</SPAN>,</SPAN>放上一块海绵蛋糕片刷上点糖酒液</SPAN>,</SPAN>倒入大概</SPAN>2</SPAN>厘米高左右的芝士糊再放一片刷了糖酒液的海绵蛋糕</SPAN>,</SPAN>再倒一层芝士糊</SPAN>
7.</SPAN>放冰箱冷藏一晚</SPAN>

1.</SPAN>步骤</SPAN>2</SPAN>中的打发程度大概跟全蛋打好的样子差不多</SPAN>
2.</SPAN>步骤</SPAN>3</SPAN>蛋黄糊分次加进</SPAN>cream cheese</SPAN>中拌匀比较好拌</SPAN>
3.</SPAN>步骤</SPAN>5</SPAN>蛋白打发程度要与芝士糊的浓稠度差不多</SPAN>
4.</SPAN>冷藏之后可以做一些口味的变化</SPAN>,</SPAN>在表面加一些淋酱</SPAN>,</SPAN>比如说带酸味的</SPAN>,</SPAN>或者带点苦味的巧克力淋酱</SPAN>,</SPAN>但不可以加味道明显是很甜的那种酱</SPAN>,</SPAN>要不吃起来会太甜</SPAN>
