   </SPAN> 2</SPAN>、杨桃一粒,沾些蜂蜜,在下午四点吃下,渣不可吞下,可以连续服用三天,停两天,再服用三天,连续用到满月为止,吃到此方可保持身段健美。</SPAN>

   </SPAN></SPAN> 作法:香菇切丝、白木耳半碗左右,先将麻油下锅,待油热后把香菇下锅炒几下,再放下花菜、白木耳、并洒些水,炒至花菜熟时,再掺下味素及盐,最后掺下香菜就可上桌。此道菜美味可口又有营养,可以壮筋骨、养颜。使皮以光泽。但只宜用在八用,其余季节不可乱用,普通人也可用,用后也可除脸上汁斑。</SPAN>

   </SPAN></SPAN> 作法:麻油先下锅。待油热后,放下香菇炒几下,然后放下适量的水,待滚后再放下芥兰菜,最后滚下些冬粉,掺下味素及盐,就可上桌。</SPAN>

   </SPAN></SPAN> 2</SPAN>)西洋参三片下午五点含在口里,五分钟后用热开水服下。</SPAN>
   </SPAN></SPAN> 3</SPAN>)西洋参炒菜,菜类须选择,白色菜类不宜用,青色之类皆相宜。要炒菜之前,须先泡些热开水,水不宜多,一次可用十片左右,三天可以炒一次,不宜每天皆吃西洋参,三天一次,用到满月为止。</SPAN>
  </SPAN>  </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 注意:炒西洋参菜不可用麻油,宜用花生油。</SPAN>

   </SPAN></SPAN> 作法:麻汕下锅待油热后,放下香菇炒几下、再放下红萝卜,炒十分钟左右,放下适量的水,待滚后再放下白木耳,煮到红萝卜熟软时可加些味素及盐。</SPAN>
