- Knox gelatine 1 pouch (7g)
- Whipping cream ½ cup (yields 1 cup whipped cream)
- (1) ½ - 1 cup fruit puree (mango, duran, etc) or (2) ½ cup jam or juice concentrate
- Sugar (to taste)
