On Monday in Akron, OH at a LeBron James skills academy sponsored by Nike Jordan shoes Crawford, a sophomore guard at Xavier, threw down a two handed dunk over LeBron James and has become the most talked about dunk that will never be seen.
 
In the wake of the nike dunk, James has been receiving quite a bit of heat for his alleged actions. Allegedly James requested that all video of the dunk be confiscated and discarded. Nike has stated that they have had a policy in place for over 20 years that members of the media present at these camps are allowed to be in attendance and journalists are only allowed to watch and not video record any pick-up games.
 
The two videographers present at the LeBron James skills academy on Monday who had violated this policy, willingly handed over their tapes but now there are some questions as to exactly how long Nike shoes has truly had this standing policy in place.
 
Regardless of video evidence, the dunk did occur and Crawford has had some things to say about it. “I was on the right wing and I drove down the middle past Danny Green and LeBron was waiting under the rim,” explains Crawford when asked to describe what happened on the play. “I jumped and I really don’t think (LeBron) thought I was going to dunk and he jumped late but I was already up there and then I dunked it.”
 
The 6’4” guard then continued talking about the dunk heard, not seen, around the world. “I really didn’t realize what I did until all the high school players that were watching got real excited and kind of went crazy. They were running everywhere.”
