什么是新能源汽车和能源的融合?"?新能源汽车融汇新能源、新材料和互联网、大数据、人工智能等多种变革性技术,推动汽车从单纯交通工具向移动智能终端、储能单元和数字空间转变,带动能源、交通、信息通信基础设施改造升级,促进能源消费结构优化、交通体系和城市运行智能化水平提升,对建设清洁美丽世界、构建人类命运共同体具有重要意义。"此句意味着对新能源电动汽车战略意义和未来场景描绘的非常清晰。政府对新能源汽车的产业规划和未来格局的判断真的是高屋建瓴。


有个大背景,新能源车虽然是零排放,但由于国内是为主,能源不是零排放,所以在?"30?·?60?双碳目标?"?提出后,由为代表的可再生能源将逐步被光伏风电为代表的不可再生能源替代,风电和太阳能发电等新能源的跨越式发展,给储能发展带来了新机遇。

关于新能源汽车与能源的融合方式,《新能源汽车产业发展规划(2021?—?2035?年)》也做了相对明确的解释:要促进新能源汽车与可再生能源高效协同,鼓励?"?光储充放?"(分布式光伏发电—储能系统—充放电)多功能综合一体站建设。

第一类是固定式?"?光储充放?",也就是大家最常见的固定式微网,利用光伏发电,将电量存储在储能电池中,储能电池将电量供给充电桩使用,通过光储充系统,太阳能被转移到汽车的动力电池中,供车辆行驶使用,新能源车从能源到车辆都变成了零排放。

第二类是移动式微网,曾毓群一直在提,宁德时代三大发展方向的第一个是?"?移动式储能替代?",新能源汽车搭载?60?度以上的电池包,在满足放电功能的情况下,就是一个典型的?"?移动式储能?"?工具。所谓汽车与能源的融合包括充放两个概念,清洁能源充电到车辆,车辆作为储能工具放电,我们日常所提的?V2G(Vehicle-to-Grid)仅仅是放电形式的一种。

那么汽车与能源的融合是不是很遥远?无论是产业还是资本,大家对?"?光储充放?"?的观点是:目前?"?光储充放?"?的发展阶段就像十年前的新能源汽车,考虑到产业的融合速度和技术、成本发展加快,光储充放的成熟度和普及度将远远超过新能源汽车,也就是在?3-5?年后,光储充放将有希望在城市或者乡村得到较多的应用推广。

所以,今年以来,光储充放一直在二级市场最关注的领域,在新能源车水涨船高的情况下,该领域仍然是估值洼地,中国新能源汽车虽然起步较早,但在光储充放建设和应用方面,着实不如欧美国家,由于电价原因,国内的光储充放发展较慢,始终没有跑出一家像特斯拉一样的能源企业。

特斯拉为何是一家能源公司?众所周知,特斯拉是汽车与能源的结合全球最好的公司,没有之一,本质上,特斯拉不仅是一家汽车公司,也是一家能源公司。如果说在自动驾驶领域,特斯拉领先其它车企半个身位,那么在能源领域,特斯拉领先其它企业一个身位。
