Roma Coach Claudio Ranieri is keen to be reunited with Juventus full-back Cristian Molinaro, so much so that he is likely to bid for him in January.</STRONG>
 
Ranieri trained Molinaro during his two years with Juventus and shares a lot in common with the 26-year-old. For instance, they both like the music of Fabrizio De Andrè.</STRONG>
 
The Tinkerman is looking for someone capable of adding a degree of solidity to the left of his midfield where Simone Perrotta is currently playing out of position.</STRONG>
 
Molinaro is no longer guaranteed a place in the Juventus starting line up after Fabio Grosso joined the club from Lyon in the summer.</STRONG>
 
However, he has a contract with the Bianconeri until 2013 and won't come cheap.</STRONG>
 
Roma might also struggle to find the funds necessary to sign him, as they have a number of contracts to renew and a fee to pay for the transfer of Nicolas Burdisso.</STRONG>
