Bright yellowish color; very fruity smell, with a distinctive taste of apricot and peach; green grapes and possibly honey are also present; little acidity combined with a medium body, and a clean finish; a very very sweet and high quality ice wine nonetheless.

As mentioned, this is a very sweet ice/dessert wine and therefore it should be recommended in private dining experience where chocolates are served as the primary dessert.
