月嫂，指专业护理产妇与新生儿的家政服务人员。随着生育高峰的到来，这一市场也紧俏起来。3月10日，记者从北京几家家政公司、月嫂公司了解到，各公司月嫂都已预订出了七八成，一些月嫂的“档期”甚至排到了8月。在上海，今年将有近200名来自江苏连云港的月嫂入沪，以缓解月嫂紧缺的情况。

　　在月嫂日渐“抢手”的同时，人们对这一市场也存在不少疑虑，有人认为个别月嫂不具备育儿知识，更有人担心她们会怠慢产妇和孩子。记者在随后的调查中也发现，尽管也有比较正规的月嫂公司，但这一市场的确存在收费不统一、缺少统一资格认证等问题。

　　17.19%的人对月嫂“很放心”

　　近日，生命时报联合搜狐网健康频道、新浪网育儿频道进行的调查显示，在参与调查的2000多人中，47.89%的人请过月嫂。问及原因，32% 的人表示“由于自己没有育儿经验，需要月嫂帮忙”，26%的人“工作太忙，老人又不方便照顾孩子”，22%的人则认为，“请月嫂，让谁都省心”。而在 38.03%没请过及14.08%“有此打算”的人中，38.71%的人“对月嫂不放心”，29.03%的人称“价格难以接受”，认为“自己有能力照顾” 和“做月子没必要搞得太复杂”的人均占16.13%。对此，北京妇产医院生育调节科主任医师陈素文告诉《生命时报》记者，不少年轻父母工作忙，没有育儿经验，老一辈的经验又不够科学，因此经过专业训练的月嫂自然备受欢迎。3月10日，记者在北京某家政中心碰到为妻子找月嫂的陈先生，他告诉记者，还有一个月就到妻子的预产期了，再不找月嫂怕到时候找不着。“我实在没时间照顾她，就算有时间也没经验啊，干脆找月嫂帮忙。不过我心里也在打鼓，把妻子和孩子交给陌生人照顾，又不知能不能碰上个好的，总觉得不放心。”

　　在请过月嫂的人中，不少人和陈先生有同样想法。调查中，75%的人对月嫂“有些顾虑，但迫于无奈，还是得请”；7.81%的人甚至因为不满意，辞过月嫂，只有17.19%的人对此很放心。而当问到“对月嫂最大的担心是什么”时，51.39%的人选择了“不知道其实际能力能否胜任”，40.27% 的人担心月嫂怠慢产妇和孩子。“我最看重人品和专业护理知识。”怀孕6个月的邵小姐说，“可现在月嫂市场太乱了，前几天我还看到新闻，说是因月嫂照顾不周，让婴儿发生呼吸衰竭，简直太可怕了。找月嫂容易，找个好月嫂可太难了。”

　　月嫂市场藏隐患

　　找个好月嫂的确太难了。3月10日，记者在北京市妇产医院妇幼保健院周围留意了一下，方圆几百米内，有不下十个月嫂公司及提供月嫂服务的家政公司。但就在月嫂市场一片红火的背后，也藏着不少隐忧。
　　一些月嫂公司是“草台班子”。据统计，截至2006年8月，北京市有家政公司2954家，家政服务员27万多人。但月嫂公司、月嫂有多少，目前尚无数字。记者采访中发现，一些所谓的月嫂公司仅凭一间办公室、一张桌子、一部电话就可以招揽生意，有的甚至没有固定的办公地点。一旦在服务过程中出现纠纷，到哪里去找这个单位都不知道。据北京家政协会会长李大经介绍，2007年1月，北京市质监局发布了北京市地方标准——《家政服务通用要求》，然而该标准属推介性，非强制性执行。

　　月嫂素质参差不齐。3月10日，记者在某月嫂公司的月嫂名单上看到，月嫂们的年龄从20多岁到50来岁不等，学历以初中为主。李大经称，家政服务员90%属来京务工人员，她们中的绝大多数来自贫困、偏远的山村，文化程度在初中或初中以下，甚至是文盲；另外10%是下岗工人、失地农民及特困家庭。尽管这些人淳朴、能吃苦，但其文化程度影响了从业质量，导致相当一部分月嫂缺乏学习的主动性和沟通能力等。

　　缺少统一的资格认证。北京市朝阳区SOHO现代城附近某月嫂公司的工作人员告诉记者，他们公司的月嫂有的有育婴证，有的没有。她同时称，有没有证并不重要，重要的是经验。”北京市妇产医院妇幼保健院附近某家政公司的工作人员则告诉记者，他们的月嫂按星级划分，而所谓的星级都是公司自封的。据了解，2006年，北京家政协会和中国国际人才开发中心经过提升培训、专业技能考核、资质评定后，发放了“母婴护理师”专业人才资质证书，但截至2007年 5月，持证者仅200多人。

　　培训时间短。刚辞了一名月嫂的吴小姐向记者抱怨，月嫂的表现实在不够专业。“她用很烫的水给孩子洗屁股；孩子闹，问她，她就说孩子到了该闹的时间了……最后才知道，她居然是没经过正经训练的‘门外汉’。”而当吴小姐向月嫂公司反映时，工作人员称，他们的月嫂是送到某医院进行培训的，但并不出示任何培训证明。3月10日，记者以应聘月嫂为名，拨通了北京市某家政公司电话，对方称，培训15天就能上岗；如果有育婴证的话，5天后就可以。

　　收费不统一。中国妇联妇女研究所历史研究室主任、联合国基金会生殖健康倡导项目专家肖扬告诉记者，月嫂市场的价格没有统一标准，而且近年来持续上涨。记者采访中也发现，月嫂的月薪基本在2800—4800左右，根据公司所封的“星级”定价。选定某月嫂时，还要先交600元的定金。

　　出了意外没人负责。人们找月嫂时，最大的担心恐怕就是产妇和孩子的安全。万一月嫂把孩子摔了、喂坏了，谁来负责，月嫂公司怎么处理？但采访中， 5家公司均保证，自己的月嫂很负责任，之前绝对没有出现过任何意外。只有一家公司的工作人员在记者的反复追问下表示，会根据具体情况具体分析，如果问题出在月嫂身上，由公司负责。

　　月嫂市场谁来管

　　面对月嫂市场的种种问题，专家们呼吁，政府必须对月嫂市场进行规范，制定统一的准入门槛、进行统一培训、颁发统一证书，并对月嫂公司加强监督管理、设立相应的奖惩机制。李大经进一步指出，最好从月嫂输出源上抓起，让各地政府做好监管工作。家政公司则要对月嫂的来历、人品、健康状况等做到深入了解，进行严格挑选和培训。

面对租赁市场上琳琅满目的房源，如何租到最适合自己的房子呢？业内人士提供了几条建议，以供承租者参考。

一选地段。交通要便捷，距离工作单位较近，如果为了节省房租而在路上耗掉大量时间，也是让人头疼的事情。

二要安全。不要心疼那点物业费，就当为你的财产交了保险吧。

三要找准中介公司。虽然说很多中介公司都做房屋租赁业务，但其品质良莠不齐，承租客最好挑选信誉度比较高的中介，以免出现关于佣金、手续等纠纷。

四要看清两证。如果您没通过中介公司而是自己找到的房源，那么一定要看到房子的产权证和土地证，和房东直接签约，以免被“二房东”从中赚取差价。

五要谈价格。一般来说，在目前出租房源供大于求的情况下，您可以先了解选定区域的平均房租水平，继而根据房东出的价格来商定最后的租金，如果对方出价过高，您不妨适当还价。

六要慎选合租伙伴。虽然曾出现“异性合租擦出爱情火花”的报道，但因合租引发不良后果的事也屡见不鲜，承租人最好是和同性的同事、同学合租，相互了解且好彼此照应，以免出现不可预知的风险。

七要谨慎签合同。与房东签订租赁合同时，一定要尽量约定详细，比如说事先约定电器、房屋设施维修责任。
