16种常见食物或引发疾病致死亡</STRONG>     白菜、西红柿、豆芽、土豆、茶叶……这些都是我们极普遍食用的蔬菜,有的时候我们可能一次买比较多的蔬菜备用,比如几天前天买的土豆没来得及吃,今天突然想吃土豆,但那起来一看,才发现“土豆才露尖尖角”,哎呀,长出小绿芽来了。我相信很多家庭都曾遇到到这样的情况,而且也都曾抱着“没什么吧,赶紧把它们闷来吃 了……”这样的想法解决了那些发了芽的土豆。
    就像姜也一样,我们用姜来调味,一般是煮鱼去腥味,所以用量不多。通常买一次姜可以用上很久,到后面我们会发现,有些姜已经有小部分烂了,但这时又需要用到,就将就着用……但是,你知道,长久有这样的食用习惯的话,对身体的危害是很大的。那么有哪些“当家菜”是我们必须小心食用的呢?
    1 烂白菜:
    食用腐烂的大白菜后,会使人缺氧而引起头痛、头晕、恶心、腹胀等,严重时会抽筋、昏迷,甚至有生命危险。
  2 青西红柿:
      经测定,未成熟的青西红柿含有毒性物质、叫龙葵素,食用这种还未成熟的青色西红柿,口腔有苦涩感,吃后可出现恶心、呕吐等中毒症状,生吃危险性更大。
    3 无根豆芽:
      在生产过程中,多施用除草剂使生长出来的豆芽没有根。而除草剂中含有使人致癌、致畸和致突变的有害物质。
    4 鲜黄花菜:
