习惯了用山楂或者山药制作的冰糖葫芦,偶尔也来点小创意。亮晶晶的糖衣裹着可爱的小番茄,相信一定会博得孩子的欢呼。</SPAN>
用料:</SPAN>红色小番茄 4</SPAN>个,黄色小番茄 4</SPAN>个,白砂糖100g</SPAN>,麦芽糖20g</SPAN>,清水40ml</SPAN>,</SPAN>
做法:</SPAN>
1.</SPAN>小番茄清洗干净后,沥干水分,每</SPAN>1</SPAN>个黄色小番茄和红色小番茄用竹签串成一串。</SPAN> </SPAN>
2.</SPAN>将白砂糖和麦芽糖放入锅中,加入</SPAN>40ml</SPAN>清水用小火熬制,待糖浆泛起白色泡沫时,再继续熬</SPAN>2</SPAN>分钟,即成糖浆。</SPAN>
3.</SPAN>用筷子将串好的番茄夹起,放入锅中均匀地裹一层糖浆,置于平盘里放凉,使糖浆凝固成糖衣即可。</SPAN>
