昨天做的，效果想当好啊，还是君之的配方，这次注意了，混合蛋黄面糊和蛋白的时候尽量快些，烤箱预热后放入，中间绝不打开烤箱（这样会塌陷），烤好后立即拿出倒扣，稍凉后挪到冰箱里面（还是倒扣），我放了一个晚上，早晨起来直接推蛋糕模的活底，四个方向都向上推推，蛋糕就可以出来啦，真的好棒啊！ |
