自由姐姐一直是我很尊重的一位面包大师（在我看来哈）最早试着做中种面包还是受她影响，看了她的方子和详细的制作过程才开始入门的。习惯了每次做面包时遇到有想不通或者不太确定的问题时就一定去她的博客里转转，每次总是能找到我所想要的。于是这种行为成为了一种习惯，以至于到现在我还每次上来都习惯性的去她那里转转，尽管她现在依旧在闭关和休息，等待着自由姐姐的早日回归和她的那些日积月累的宝贵经验哈。。。 在这里要说明下，今天闲逛贝太烘焙论坛，看到99版主说到只用下火烤土烤司的方法，于是晚上就试了下，结果还不错，不过不同烤箱还是要不同对待， 朴实无华的土司表面我只是喷了些水。口感呢，怎么说，不要期望太高，这只不过是一款很普通很朴实的略带咸味的方包而已，可以当主食吃的面包。不是甜面包 阅读全文>> |
