为了答谢朋友们的厚爱,特意做了几个慕斯蛋糕。其中几个由于拍照不行,就不上传传了,以后有机会再重新做一次。把这个香蕉酸奶慕斯奉献给大家。我给这个蛋糕取名为“烈火重生”(</SPAN>8</SPAN>寸)</SPAN>

原料:</SPAN>
1        </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 香蕉</SPAN>300G </SPAN></SPAN> 雀巢淡奶油</SPAN>250G </SPAN></SPAN> 酸奶</SPAN>150G</SPAN> 糖</SPAN>40G </SPAN></SPAN> 吉士丁片</SPAN> 15G </SPAN> 7</SPAN>风蛋糕体一片</SPAN>
2        </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 镜面胶:纯番茄汁</SPAN>150G </SPAN></SPAN> 吉士丁片</SPAN>3G</SPAN>
3        </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> 装饰:薄荷叶</SPAN> 玫瑰花辨</SPAN> </SPAN></SPAN> 银珠</SPAN>

做法:</SPAN>1</SPAN>把吉士丁片用冰水泡软</SPAN>10</SPAN>分钟,然后隔热水坐融</SPAN>
2</SPAN>糖和淡奶油混合打发到</SPAN>7</SPAN>分发,然后放冰箱冷藏备用</SPAN>
3</SPAN>把香蕉放入搅拌机加入酸奶搅打成泥</SPAN>
4</SPAN>把打发的奶油和(</SPAN>3</SPAN>)混合搅拌均匀</SPAN>
5</SPAN>把低于手温的吉士丁液倒入(</SPAN>4</SPAN>)中继续搅拌均匀成慕斯糊</SPAN>
6</SPAN>蛋糕模具放入一片</SPAN>7</SPAN>风蛋糕。然后倒入慕斯糊,用刮刀刮平,然后再轻轻地震动几下,送入冰箱冷藏</SPAN>3—</SPAN>到</SPAN>4</SPAN>个小时即可</SPAN>
7</SPAN>用</SPAN>150G</SPAN>的纯番茄汁泡软吉士丁片。然后隔热水坐融。等凉后轻轻倒入蛋糕上面进冰箱继续冷藏凝固、</SPAN>
