鱼蓉菠菜粥的做法:</SPAN>
1. 粳米洗净,浸泡半小时后捞出沥干,放入锅中,加入约1000毫升冷水,用旺火烧沸后,改用小火慢煮成稠粥。
2. 菠菜洗净,入开水中烫一下,捞出,切成碎末。
3. 鱼肉洗净,去骨刺,用刀剁碎成为鱼蓉。
4. 将鱼蓉和菠菜末放入粥内,加入盐调好味,用小火再煮5分钟左右,即可盛起食用。

素炒三鲜的做法:</SPAN>
1. 冬笋切成丝,经开水烫一下,控干水分;
2. 香菇和芥菜</SPAN></SPAN>切丝;
3. 锅内放油烧热,放入冬笋、香菇炒出香味后;
4. 放入雪里蕻再炒至熟,最后以盐和味精调味;
5. 淋上香油即可。
