4</SPAN>、开水坐锅,加料酒适量、姜片若干,将切好的腰花入开水中焯烫至变色即关火。</SPAN>
5</SPAN>、将焯好的腰花过凉、控水,使其口感更加脆嫩。</SPAN>
6</SPAN>、倒掉刚才的水,洗净锅具,重新开水坐锅,下入丝瓜条,大火烧至变色,倒入过凉的腰花,放入切好的葱丝,烧1</SPAN>分钟关火,调入盐、鸡精,淋入几滴麻油即可出锅装盘。</SPAN>
