定期产前检查次数:</SPAN>

  5.验血-有无贫血、地中海型贫血、梅毒、爱滋病、B型肝炎、RH血型、血糖</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>

性生活:</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>
  孕妇不需禁止性生活,但孕若曾有早产或数度流产的病史时,应在怀孕初末期暂停性行为。</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>
运动:</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>  1.散步是怀孕期中最好的运动,每天清晨或黄昏轻松的散步半小时,对身心都有益处。</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>
  2.操作家务也是很好的运动,但在怀孕期间应尽量避免过劳,特别是在怀孕初期的三个月,及最后二个月,以免流产或早产。</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>
  3.在医护人员指导下作产前运动,可以松弛肌肉,减轻疲劳,并促进分娩之顺利进行。</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>
  4.避免抬举重物及激烈运动,不可压迫腹部。</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>
沐浴:</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>  每天一次温水浴。水温太热,易造成流产,水温太冷,容易受凉。</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>
  应采用淋浴,避免盆浴,尤其怀孕的最后二个月。</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>
衣服:</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>
  1.舒服比时髦更重要。</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>
  2.不要穿跟太高、太细的鞋子,最好穿低跟圆头鞋,以保持身体平衡及良好的姿势,且不易跌倒。</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>
  3.必须穿著胸罩,以托起乳房维持乳腺通畅,但不能太紧。</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN>
