为切实加强星级饭店管理， 珠海五星级酒店
全面提升星级饭店服务水平，近日，我区旅游星级饭店复核工作全面展开。
此次复核范围为2008年12月31日前评定的星级饭店。其中，对评定时间未满五年期的星级饭店，进行年度复核；对2004年1月1日至12月31日期间
评定的星级饭店，进行满五年期评定性复核。复核重点是饭店在硬件、软件方面是否保持相应星级标准要求；装修改造过的饭店，在建筑规格、设施设备和服务项目
等方面作了哪些调整，是否仍然符合相应星级标准要求；饭店在消防、安全、卫生等方面是否存在重大安全隐患问题；是否发生过严重投诉或人员伤亡、食物中毒等

；对外承包经营的服务项目，服务质量、清洁卫生以及设备维护保养方面是否达到相应星级标准要求等，今年旅游服务质量月期间访查发现问题的整改
情况。 今年我区18家星级饭店中，华商丽都酒店进行五年期评定性复核，其余17家进行年度复核。根据《旅游饭店星级的划分与评定》、《星级饭店访查规范》规定， 区旅游局负责辖区内三星级饭店的年度复核工作，复核工作以现场检查为主，着重解决今年旅游服务质量月访查中发现的问题。 经检查，我区星级饭店的软硬件水平总体是好的，大部分饭店能够做到个性化服务和规范化管理。但是，在对青岛双圣大酒店的复核中，发现该酒店在设施设备、清 洁卫生及服务质量等方面已达不到二星级旅游饭店标准要求，按照 江门五星级酒店 《旅游饭店星级的划分与评定》（GB/T14308—2003）有关规定，青岛市旅游局给予 青岛双圣大酒店取消星级的处理。 |
