upside-down cake]</STRONG> Preparation: 4 small lemons (about 4 ounces each) One-half cup plus 2 tablespoons (1 1/4 sticks) butter, divided 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 vanilla bean, split 3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk </SPAN></SPAN> 1. Cut 3 of the lemons into one-eighth inch thick slices. Remove seeds and set aside. You will have about 30 lemon slices. Grate 1 teaspoon lemon peel from the remaining lemon. Set aside the grated peel; save the lemon for another use. 2. Heat 4 tablespoons of the butter in a 10-inch cast iron skillet or an ovenproof 10-inch saute pan until melted. Brush the sides of skillet with a little of the melted butter. Add the brown sugar, stir until it is moistened with the butter and spread it into an even layer. </SPAN> </SPAN> 枸杞羊肾粥：将羊肾（羊腰子）剖开（1个），去内筋膜，择净切碎；羊肉60克择净切碎；先煮杞叶（250克），取汁；用枸叶汁同羊肾、羊肉、粳米（60克）、葱白2茎煮粥。粥成后，入盐和匀即成。此粥温肾阳，益精血，主治肾虚劳损、阳痿早泄、腰脊冷痛等。</SPAN> </SPAN> 蓉羊肉：取内蓉50克，羊肉150克，芋头50克，精盐、姜、葱、胡椒粉、酱油适量，做成菜汤，有补肾益精、养润五脏功效，被称作是脑力劳动者、神经衰弱病人、性机能低下者的食补佳品。</SPAN> </SPAN> 虫草饨黄雀：冬虫夏草6克，黄雀12只，生姜2片。黄雀去毛和内脏，择净切块，将虫草、姜片和雀块放入瓦锅内，加水适量，小火炖3小时，以黄雀肉烂为度，煮好后，将药与肉一起食用。此方补脑兴阳，填精益髓，主治中老年人阳气衰败、肾精亏损出现的身体虚弱、阳痿早泄、性功能低下、性冷淡等。</SPAN> </SPAN> 豆腐泥鳅：大泥鳅250克（盐水择净），豆腐200克，大蒜两头，大葱一根，生姜末适量及各种调料。</SPAN> </SPAN> 豆油烧开，先下豆腐炒，后下泥鳅及各种调料，出锅即成。壮阳补肾，专治阳痿不举。</SPAN> </SPAN> 虾仁炒韭菜：虾仁300克，韭菜100克（或大葱100克）共炒食。有人连食此方，治阳痿有显效。</SPAN> |
