煎胡萝卜饼</SPAN>
原料:</SPAN>
胡萝卜</SPAN>2</SPAN>根,面粉</SPAN>250</SPAN>克,鸡蛋</SPAN>2</SPAN>个,牛奶</SPAN>100</SPAN>克。</SPAN>
辅料:</SPAN>
蒜末</SPAN>5</SPAN>克,盐</SPAN>4</SPAN>克,胡椒粉、味精各适量。</SPAN>
做法:</SPAN>
1</SPAN>、胡萝卜洗净擦丝,加盐、味精、胡椒粉、大蒜末调味;面粉中放鸡蛋、牛奶及适量水调成稠糊;胡萝卜丝放入调好的面糊中,搅拌均匀。</SPAN>
2</SPAN>、油烧至五六成热,舀一勺面糊放入煎锅中,摊成圆饼状,厚约半厘米,中火煎至两面上色即可。吃时可配调味酱。</SPAN>
