Chicken Sandwich</STRONG>
Ingredients:
                
                     1 Chicken thigh fillet
                     2 Cos lettuce leaf
                     1 small tomato
                     1 small carrot
                     1 tbsp mayonnaise
                     2 slices multigrain bread
                     50g cheddar cheese
                     1 tbsp margarine
 Method:
1. Slice the Chicken thigh fillet to pieces.
2. Chop a half carrot and tomato first and then slice another half carrot and cucumber to pieces.
3. Cook the Sliced Chicken in the fry pan with salt and white pepper until it is no longer red in middle- approximately about 12-18 minutes.
4. Leave the Chicken to cool down
