入籍人士须了解美国移民条件。2001年美国移民法规定，凡具有合法居留权的外国移民，都可以申请加入美国籍，但必须符合一定的条件，才能得到准许。<B>办理入籍主要有以下条件： 1、必须在美国5年的居留时间里表现良好。 2、必须对美国历史与宪法、移民法有一定的了解。 3、入籍的申请者必须年满18岁。但16岁至18岁之间的子女，则必须独立申请入籍。 4、必须在取得永久居留权后，连续在美国居住5年。这是取得入籍的最低居住年限。 5、在提出入籍申请时，必须是在美国已连续居住5年的最后半年里，并且是已在当地的州或城市里至少居留了6个月的时 间。 6、与美国公民结婚的外籍公民必须在保持两年的婚姻生活之后，才能夫妻双方一同向移民局提出入籍的申请。前提条件必须是有持续两年以上的婚姻关系。 7、必须具备初步的英语读、听、说和写的能力。 <B>美国入籍考试一般都需要用英语填表和回答问题。除非满足以下条件： 1. 50岁以上，绿卡20年以上或55岁以上，绿卡15年以上，需请翻译。 2.残障免考，无年龄限制，需医生出具证明说明为何不能学会英文，面试只需回答简单问题，需请翻译。 |
